FPEP Enterprise — Version 2.3 (BETA) Guided user walkthrough 00:00:00 — From evidence to an explained project story Welcome to F P E P Enterprise, version two point three beta. This edited walkthrough uses a fictional clinic project to show how files are imported, processed, reviewed and turned into useful reports. 00:00:14 — Start an import in a separate demonstration case First, use a separate demonstration case with no evidence records. Confirm the active case, then open Evidence Intake to bring in the sample files. 00:00:24 — Choose the folder and processing options Select Import Folder and choose the folder containing the sample files. Check the file type filter and the balanced O C R profile, then select Review and Import. 00:00:35 — Review the files before starting the import The pre-flight screen lists four supported files: a P D F, a Word document, an Excel register and a P N G image. Review the processing routes, duplicate checks and estimated work. One non-matching file is left untouched by this folder import. 00:00:52 — Start the selected import and follow its progress Select Start Selected Import. The activity bar updates as each file is processed, and completed files enter the intake register. Open the Processing Queue to see the current work and detailed status. 00:01:05 — Follow text extraction, OCR and source checks The queue shows completed files, remaining work and any warnings or failures. Its messages distinguish native text extraction, image O C R and background source checks. This is the actual queue, with waiting time edited for the walkthrough. 00:01:21 — Import completion leads into evidence review When the batch finishes, check the imported count and the final processing messages. Successful import makes the records available for review. Dates and source checks still need the reviewer’s attention. 00:01:34 — Inspect an imported record and its source Open an imported record to inspect its source and extracted information. Use the outstanding review prompts to confirm dates and resolve any exceptions before publishing evidence for reporting. 00:01:46 — Start with Case Overview For the rest of the walkthrough, return to the preloaded demonstration case. Check the readiness indicators and outstanding alerts. The demo contains thirty four records, including the twenty five clinic sample files. 00:02:00 — Search for the issue you want to investigate Enter A H U in Search Evidence and select Search. The results show matching records, document dates, confidence and the wording that qualified each result. 00:02:11 — Inspect the source, not just the search result Select the delivery record to open its source preview. Matching terms are highlighted in the document. Use the page, zoom and find controls to inspect the original wording before recording a review decision. 00:02:25 — Keep planned, forecast and actual dates distinct This delivery note records actual receipt on the twenty fourth of July. It distinguishes that date from the thirteenth of July baseline and the twenty seventh of July forecast. 00:02:35 — Read emails with their attachment context Select an email to read its sender, subject and message body alongside the attachment list. Here, the receipt email refers to the delivery note and the delivery photograph. 00:02:48 — Preview Office evidence and retain the native file Office evidence can be reviewed through a PDF preview while retaining the native file option. This Word recovery plan shows both Open Word and Open PDF. Its content-only fallback preview is clearly labelled. 00:03:01 — Use View Images for photographic evidence Choose View Images, then select a thumbnail to inspect the image and its record details. This synthetic image shows the same A H U delivery, keeping the visual evidence connected to the document trail. 00:03:14 — Return to the full evidence list To leave the image gallery, select Show All Evidence. This returns the full active evidence list, including documents and emails. 00:03:23 — Connect evidence to an event and P6 activity In Event and Claim Intelligence, select the preloaded A H U delivery and recovery event. Its links bring together the delivery note, progress reports, image and the related P six activity. 00:03:37 — Choose the report and define its scope Open Reports and Outputs to choose a chronology, visual issue timeline or programme report. Define the scope, review the evidence and resolve readiness issues before a controlled export. 00:03:50 — Chronology: dated records with source wording This exported draft chronology focuses on five selected A H U records. Each entry retains the evidence date, reference and source wording, with a separate place for the reviewer conclusion. 00:04:02 — Timeline: follow the issue through the record The timeline output follows June progress, July receipt and the recovery submission in date order. Its supporting table preserves the source locations and wording, so the sequence can be checked against the evidence. 00:04:17 — Select a programme revision for quality checks In Programme Reporting, choose Check Programme Quality and select the revision to assess. The July update includes forty three activities. Check the scope summary before running the assessment. 00:04:29 — DCMA: inspect the result of each check The exported D C M A assessment shows seven passes, five failures, one review and one not-assessable check. These are results to investigate, rather than an overall compliance certificate. 00:04:41 — Make exceptions and assessment limits visible Negative float and missed tasks are among the failed checks. The export includes an activity-level exception list. The critical path test requires recalculation, so it is shown as not assessable. 00:04:54 — Compare forecast handover across revisions The demo forecasts handover on the eleventh of September in the baseline, the twenty fifth in June, and the eighteenth in July. That forecast movement provides context. It does not, by itself, establish the cause of delay. 00:05:09 — Finish with review, approval and handover Return to Review, Approval and Handover to address evidence exceptions and record accountable decisions. The sample reports remain drafts while their stated review requirements are outstanding. 00:05:22 — FPEP Enterprise That is the core F P E P workflow: import, process, search, inspect, connect, report and review. Explore the preloaded demo to follow the same evidence trail yourself.
