Do I need to buy the software first?
The proposed services are scoped assignments with defined outputs. A software licence is a separate decision. We will confirm any access or installation requirements when agreeing the brief.
What is the difference between a demo and a pilot?
The free recorded demonstration uses a fictional project to introduce the software. A paid pilot uses an agreed sample of your project records and produces a defined output for review.
Can Document & Claim Support help with a response?
Yes. The proposed scope can support claim preparation, review or response through evidence organisation, factual chronology and referenced supporting documents. The engagement will define the questions to address and responsibilities for conclusions.
Does a programme check explain the cause of delay?
A quality check identifies findings in the programme. A revision comparison shows recorded changes. Establishing the cause of delay requires further assessment of the programme, events and supporting evidence.
How will fees be agreed?
Fees will reflect the scope, record volume and condition, programme size, review effort, deliverables and turnaround. The scope and price will be agreed before an assignment starts.

ABOUT THE EXPERT
Stephen Wright
Over 30 years in construction.
Independent assessment grounded in the records.
Stephen is a testifying planning and delay expert specialising in forensic delay and disruption analysis. His experience spans aviation, building and commercial developments, energy and power, hospitals and infrastructure.
His CV records more than 20 appointments for independent advice as a delay expert. He has provided written and oral evidence in arbitration hearings in Hong Kong, India, Singapore and South Korea, and dispute adjudication board hearings in Thailand, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom.
His work includes the preparation, review and independent assessment of extension of time claims for contractors and employers, alongside retrospective delay analysis and programme review.

Why I developed FPEP
Stephen Wright
Planning & Delay Expert
Over more than 30 years in construction, planning and delay analysis, I have worked with the records behind complex projects, extension of time claims and disputes. That work has reinforced the importance of understanding what the evidence records, how events relate to the programme and where information remains incomplete.
I developed FPEP Enterprise to support that process: bringing documents, correspondence, programme information and reporting into a connected workspace. The aim is to make records easier to find, sequences of events easier to examine and conclusions easier to trace back to their sources.
FPEP reflects the way I approach professional assignments—with careful attention to the evidence, clear reasoning and visibility of gaps or conflicting information. It supports the organisation and analysis of project information while keeping professional judgement central.
